XR Design Jam, presented by STMicroelectronics

The Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering, together with STMicroelectronics, held an event on November 1, 2019 that focused on design and research for augmented, virtual, and mixed realities, or Extended Reality (XR).

The XR Design Jam kicked off with a panel discussion among XR experts. Then, students formed teams for a two-hour design jam aimed at solving existing problems and exploring new questions in XR. Representatives from HCDE's Graduate Student Association led the design jam. Prizes provided by STMicroelectronics were awarded to winning student teams.
